1. Prepare the Jerk Marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning and heat. 2. Marinate the Wings: Place wings in a bowl. Pour marinade over wings, reserving 1/4 cup for basting. Toss to coat. Marinate for at least 4 hours. 3. Prepare the Mango Dipping Sauce: Blend mango, ginger, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper sauce until smooth. Chill. 4. Cook the Wings: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove wings from marinade, grill, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade, until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. 5. Serve: Arrange wings on a platter. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro. Serve with Mango Dipping Sauce.
