1. Place your arugula in a bowl 2. Cut half an apple into thin slices and place on your arugula. 3. Scatter some pomegranate arils (seeds) onto your salad. 4. Crumble some goat cheese onto your salad. 5. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a lidded container with a 4:2:1 ratio. Shake vigorously. 6. Dress the salad and enjoy!
