A 'marry me meal' featuring crispy chicken tenders coated in crushed Lay's Sweet & Spicy Honey flavored chips, served with a creamy, spicy-sweet dipping sauce.

Lay the chicken tenders out, season them lightly with salt and pepper and set aside. In a shallow dish, combine the finely crushed @lays Sweet and Spicy Honey flavored potato chips, panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk. Dredge each chicken tender first in flour, shaking off any excess, then dip it into the egg wash, and coat it thoroughly in the chip mixture. Heat ~1” vegetable oil in a large pan to 325-350°F degrees. Fry the chicken, turning with tongs every 2-4 minutes and adjusting heat to maintain a steady temperature of 325°F, until crust is golden and the thickest part of the chicken registers 165°, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels to remove any excess oil. To prepare the dipping sauce, mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce in a small bowl. Adjust the cayenne pepper according to how spicy you like it. To serve, arrange the cooked chicken tenders on a platter with the dipping sauce on the side.
