What you need

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

cup tarragon

baby arugula

cup pumpkin seeds

garlic

avocado

Instructions
For the Green Goddess dressing, blend the Greek yogurt, tarragon, basil, honey, garlic, lemon juice and zest, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill, cut side down, until charred. Divide the salad greens among the plates to assemble the salad. Top with charred avocados, fresh peas, cucumber, and pumpkin seeds.
