What you need
tbsp lime juice
tsp fresh ginger

tbsp honey

mango

cup orange juice

tbsp fresh rosemary
scotch bonnet pepper
tsp ground cinnamon

clove garlic clove
tbsp apple cider vinegar

tsp ground allspice

tbsp brown sugar
tsp salt & pepper
lb chicken wing
cup fresh lime juice

tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Jerk Marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning and heat. 2. Marinate the Wings: Place wings in a bowl. Pour marinade over wings, reserving 1/4 cup for basting. Toss to coat. Marinate for at least 4 hours. 3. Prepare the Mango Dipping Sauce: Blend mango, ginger, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper sauce until smooth. Chill. 4. Cook the Wings: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove wings from marinade, grill, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade, until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. 5. Serve: Arrange wings on a platter. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro. Serve with Mango Dipping Sauce.View original recipe
