What you need

vanilla protein powder

slice slivered almonds
cup fresh blueberries

tbsp honey

ice cube

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

ripe banana

cup low fat milk

cup berry mix
Instructions
Place the mixed berries, banana, milk, protein powder, honey, and ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk. If it’s too thin, add more ice cubes and blend again. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Top with your choice of toppings. Some great options include granola for added fiber, almond slices for healthy fats, coconut flakes for a tropical twist, or additional fresh berries for more antioxidants.
