Instructions
Prepare the Glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a chilled margarita glass or rocks glass. Dip the rim into Tajin to coat it evenly. Set aside. Blend the Margarita: Combine the mezcal, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice, tamarind puree, agave syrup, orange juice, and ice in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add more orange or lime juice. If it’s too thin, add more ice and blend again. Taste and Adjust: Taste the margarita and adjust the sweetness with additional agave syrup, or add lime juice for extra tanginess. Serve: Pour the frozen margarita into the prepared glass. Garnish: Garnish with mint leavesView original recipe
